SHIPPING & HANDLING

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. We ship Monday through Friday from Southern California. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on the following Monday. If there should be any delay in shipment or if a product is temporarily out of stock we will notify you via email or telephone.

Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS unless otherwise requested. Prices are calculated by weight or by the dimensional size of the shipping box for larger shipments. Shipping prices also include a minimum fee to cover shipping materials and handling.

Please make note that we require a signature verification upon delivery on orders that total $150.00 or more.

International Orders

For International Shipping destinations (including Canada), please e-mail us at Intsales@ergon-bike.com for special instructions and shipping costs. You can place your order online and we will then contact you with the exact shipping costs. Note the shipping costs will total zero when your order is placed online. After we gain credit card approval and weigh your package we will contact you with the exact shipping cost and estimated customs duties and will then wait for your approval before sending out your order.

At this time, we are unable to ship items to the European Continent.

All International orders are subject to credit card approval and mailing verification. International customers are responsible for all Return Shipping costs if a Shipment is returned for any Out of Warranty issues such as size, color, or equipment incompatibility.

** Please note: International deliveries may take anywhere from two to eight weeks. Once the parcel reaches your border, it will be held until it clears your country's Customs Inspection. At that point, the delivery may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and broker fees over which Ergon-bike.com has no control.
